Cost Guide

What Does Outdoor Advertising Cost in Barbados?

How a campaign is priced, what moves the number up or down, and what to have ready when you ask for a quote.

The Short Answer

There is no single flat price. Cost depends on the format, the number of placements, the areas selected and their availability, the campaign length and production requirements. SEEN supplies current pricing in a proposal prepared for your campaign.

What Affects Cost

  • Format. A solar bus shelter carries a larger, illuminated roadside panel; an advertising bench is a smaller street-level format. Custom outdoor advertising is scoped to the site and idea.
  • Number of placements. One placement, a cluster in one area or a spread across several parishes.
  • Areas and availability. Which roads, commercial districts or communities you want, and what is open when you want to start. See our coverage by area.
  • Campaign length. How long the placement stays in place.
  • Production. Printing to panel specification, installation and any planned artwork changes.

Media Placement vs Production

It helps to think of a campaign in two parts. Media placement is the space itself: the shelter or bench panel, for the agreed period, in the agreed area. Production is what puts your message on it: printing, installation and upkeep of the panel.

If you plan to refresh the creative during the campaign, for a new offer or season, say so up front. Each refresh is a new print and installation, and it is easier to plan and price from the start.

One Strategic Placement Or A Network?

A single placement suits a focused goal: drawing attention to one store, clinic or branch from the road outside it. A network of placements suits brand awareness across the island, reaching people on several routes and in several communities. More placements raise the total, but the right mix depends on the objective, not the count.

Setting A Realistic Budget

  • Start from the objective: local footfall, a launch, or a year-round presence.
  • Decide the areas that genuinely matter to your customers before adding more.
  • Allow for production as well as placement, and for any planned creative refreshes.
  • If you have a budget in mind, share it. We can recommend the strongest mix within it rather than quote a fixed package.

What We Need To Prepare Pricing

  • Your campaign objective and audience
  • Preferred format, or let us recommend one
  • Areas or parishes you want to reach
  • Preferred start date and campaign length
  • Whether artwork is ready or needs support

Send these through the proposal request and we will come back with options and current pricing. Comparing formats first? Read bus shelter vs bench advertising.

FAQ

Questions, Answered.

Do you publish a rate card?
No. Pricing depends on the format, placements, areas, availability and campaign length, so we prepare current pricing for each campaign in a proposal.
Is printing included?
Production requirements are confirmed as part of the proposal, so you can see what the media placement covers and what production involves.
Can I start with one placement?
Yes. A single well-chosen placement can work for a focused local objective. Coverage can be extended later, subject to availability.
How long are campaigns?
Our shelter and bench placements are typically planned as annual placements for a consistent presence. Tell us your timing and we will advise on what is available.
How quickly can I get pricing?
Once we have your objective, areas, format preference and timing, we can prepare a proposal. A member of the team responds within one business day of your enquiry.
